For International orders your package may be subject to additional fees based on your country's tax laws/regulations. Mutually Supplied is not responsible for any additional fees or charges that may be required for package release.

You will receive an order confirmation notification as soon as your order is placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation notification with a tracking number as soon as MUTUALLY SUPPLIED has shipped your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be updated. Please refer to your tracking number for all delivery updates. Mutually Supplied is not responsible for shipping delivery times or delays. If you do not see the confirmation emails in your inbox, please check your Junk mail. Orders will be mailed out weekly, Mon-Sat before 5pm PST. 

It is the customers responsibility to provide an accurate mailing address and contact information during checkout. Mutually Supplied is not responsible for updating an incorrect address, changing incorrect contact information, or changing an order once placed. Please review that all of your information is correct before submitting your order.

Customers who enter an inaccurate mailing address will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend their item(s), should the order be returned to us. Shipping costs will be sent via an invoice to the email address provided, once paid, the order will be reshipped. Should your order be returned to us for any reason, refunds will not be offered. 

Although products are generally not damaged during the shipping process, Mutually Supplied is not responsible for any products that are damaged during shipping. Once your package is in the hands of a shipping carrier, it becomes the sole responsibility of the shipping carrier.Once your package is marked as delivered
